"I haven't known for a long time how to begin an official address here, in Ukraine, and at the same time to control my emotions. That's because they are not routine speeches before or after more or less any successful meeting or event where you have to be according to the protocol and in accordance with your schedule. Not even here. Not even with you. My speech here is a joy. Here is always good. Either morning or day or evening In the true sense of this word, of that Ukrainian Good. One of the three Symbols of Ukraine. And then, Good.

Good afternoon my Ukrainian friends.

It's an honour and pleasure to be here with you today.

The tradition of awarding the title of Honorary Doctor of Science is a special event for every University, and every Honorary Doctor, apart from the honor and title, assumes a great obligation to preserve the reputation and dignity of the University, which accorded him with an unlimited trust by this act. That's why the Honorary Doctor's diplomas are more festive and fewer in number than diplomas of tenured Doctors of Science.

"I have never dreamt I would stand in such a place and feel like this. I have known that with my work I could achieve every place, every profession and title, and at the end of such an effort and diligence, the institution where you did all these things must give you what you earned. But not this. This is something else. This is a wish. And not just yours. You do not have to get this. You cannot buy this. You can only earn this. This has been given to you. From heart. With love. For your love, commitment and sacrifice that you bring to one Institution, a City, to a Nation. This is another type of an award. This is an warod of another color. This is not to be chosen; this is to be Elected.

Maybe one day I'll change the business I'm dealing with it at this moment. And I can do it. My interests are multiple, and my energy is huge. But what I will never be able to change. I cannot change what I want. And this is the affiliation and the good that I want for this wonderful and great Ukrainian people. I also experience this Honorary Doctorate as another embrace of Ukrainian science and culture, another embrace of my Ukrainian friends and entire Ukrainian people.

Long live, my Ukrainian friends, Long live, my Ukraine!

And thank you for these wonderful gifts you are showering me with!

And before tears fill my throat, and let me not speak, I want to say that I will do everything to preserve your trust and justify the honor you have given me!

Thank you in my name, and in the name of my and your Montenegro !"

The formal session of the Academic Council of the University was ended with a special concert by Femi Mustafayev in honor of Predrag Milovic, a new honorary member of the academic community of the National Technical University of Ukraine, to the joy and enthusiasm of all present officials.
